A look back at November

Last month was INSANE!  I did 32 dozen Pops one week!
And around 40 dozen total, for the month!
I did treats for a holiday boutique, Thanksgiving parties, and a couple birthdays.  I also had a large corporate order.
One of my clients requested treats
for a dessert table,
 for a 50th Anniversary party.

I made Cake Pops, Mini Cupcakes,
and Pretzel Rods.
The theme was Diamonds and Crystals.  I sprinkled the pops with clear sugar crystals, iridescent, and pearl dust.
The mini cupcakes and pretzel rods were also sprinkled with sugar crystals.

My client did an amazing job decorating the table, everything turned out beautiful!

Another exciting project last month
was for Free Chapel in Irvine.
They invited Planet Shakers to come sing,
and asked for my help to create some treats for them!

I was asked to make Cake Pops,
 and sugar cookies.
The theme was all about planet and globes.
So I created some globe cake pops
in addition to the traditional pops with blue drizzle.

So much fun to create, I love a challenge!

I also want to remind everyone of the new holiday boxes!

Perfect for teachers, friends and family.
Comes with 6 holiday pops for only $12.00!

I would like to say a big "THANK YOU"
to everyone who made November so amazing!!!

Themed Cake Pops

October is shaping up to be a pretty busy month in my  kitchen.

Lately I have had some fun new challenges sent my way!

I was asked to create some Hello Kitty pop favors,
for a birthday party.
 So much fun!

I was also asked to create pops for a Tangled themed birthday party.

My client gave me the idea, to make the pops look like the lanterns from the movie.

I loved this idea, and the pops turned out so elegant!

Thank you Christina and Andrea,
for allowing me to create these fun treats for your parties!

Cravings on Style Network!

Cravings by Wendy will be on TV!
 .... kind of

Last May, I did some pops and pretzel wands for a wedding.
A good friend of mine, Kile, was helping to plan his cousins' event. He purchased the goodies for the candy/ dessert table,
as a wedding present for the bride and groom.
I had no idea the wedding was being filmed
for a new show on style network "Momster of the Bride".
Any way, it is only 3 seconds of air time
(in the last couple minutes of the show),
but my stuff is on there!
Check out Style network tonight @ 10.

Polka dots and rattles

Last month I created some treats for a baby shower with a light blue and sage green polka dot theme. My client Jenifer, and her friends put together the most fabulous parties, and I am always excited to see what they come up with! Jenifer ordered cake pops, sugar cookies, pretzel wands, and crispy treats.
Here is a peek at the desert table they created, using some of my products!

Wedding cake pops, themed sugar cookies and more!

June was a busy month for Cravings!

I was asked to create some unique, and modern pops for a wedding reception.
I went with zebra stripes, chain linked circles and a monogram.
Placing them in the zebra and polka dot cup added an extra edge!

I also had a few graduation orders
(including an order for my own lil kindergarten grad!),
which were all boxed and picked up.
This order was made with love for my Nephew!
Congrats Will!!!

I always love a sugar cookie challenge!
A friend wanted to surprise his Wife and kids with some treats.
Cake pops and sugar cookies!
These Thomas the Train and Hello Kitty
cookies were lots of fun to make!

Finally, with June coming to end, July 4th is fast approaching!

Champagne and Cake pops

Recently, I received a picture of a desert table
from a party I catered awhile back.
Most of my clients pick up their orders from me,
so I don't get to see what my desserts look like on display.
I LOVE getting pictures from clients, and this order was so much fun to work on. It was a Champagne themed party. I used gold sprinkles on the cup cakes and pretzels. My client wanted four different flavored pops, so each flavor got a different design. I used gold dust, and white and vanilla chocolate. This order was so much fun to create!

Catching up!

April was CrAzY busy! After every order I said to myself "I will post about this order". Then life happens, kids happen, and before I know it I am working on another order, and repeating the phrase to myself again! SO.... here is a little of what my April looked like:

I had a lot of "spring" orders.
My family was gone over Easter,
but I was happy to have the chance
to play with pastel colors!

I recieved an order for cake pops and cookies
for a "train" birthday party.
I used marshmallow fondant
to crate the railroad signs on the cake pops.

My best friend Jamee, is always throwing parties.
Check out her blog to see the details for this
super cute Sock Monkey baby shower!

I made some cake pops and arranged
a dessert/ candy table for the party... so much fun!
I also made some pops
that where used as spring favors for a bible study,
and desserts for a Champagne themed dinner party.

All in all April was busy and successful!

BIG "Thanks" to all my loyal customers
that keep my kitchen so busy!

Recently, I did some Cinderella themed treats for a client, Jennie Volkert. She asked me at that time to also create some goodies for another party she was going to throw.

A USC Themed birthday party for her son's 2nd and her daughter's 4th birthday.

Jennie asked for sugar cookies and cake pops.

Jennie is CLEARLY an amazing party planner, So many cute little details!
